What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, phone number, UVA graduation year, major, where you’re from, and how you heard about us. As you participate we also store your referral activity (who subscribed through your link, kept in masked form on your dashboard), your Field Notes, your notification settings, and messages you send through Support.

How we use it

To run the program: operating your dashboard, attributing subscribers to your referral link, sending the notifications you’ve enabled, subscribing you to the newsletter, and contacting you about the program. Your phone number is used only for the founder to reach you directly — we don’t send automated texts. Signup information is shared with the founder so he knows who’s in the program.

Your choices

Toggle notification types in the Settings tab any time. Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any issue. To correct or delete your account data, contact us through the Support tab and we’ll take care of it.
