What Advice Would You Give To Students?

“The best advice I have is to be genuine, and actually care about the people you talk to. 

I know a lot of students get on the phone to figure out how to get the internship, but the ones who call and treat me with just as much respect as they would if I was running the company, are the people that I remember.

Also, follow up with people who can’t get you the job. This is really the key to building genuine relationships. It’s a good practice, and down the line they may end up having something you never thought you wanted when you met them.”
